lcfcalan Posted 31 August 2006 Posted 31 August 2006 Tonight was my very first time . A Go Karting virgin was I before tonight. and I was rubbish at it , but enjoyed it very much. Much harder than I thought it would be , (indoor place over at Northampton we went to) no power steering no suspension, and being a bit more weighty than some of the opposition I think the power of the kart was suited to the young lady that thrashed the arse off me (thats my excuse for coming 22nd out of 25 ) But a great experience nonetheless. (paid i might add by the firm , cos a bit dear otherwise) Oh well back to work tomorrow .
Rincewind Posted 1 September 2006 Posted 1 September 2006 I sometimes have to work at Wymeswold Ind Est. where they have an indoor track. It seems to be popular. I'm the one with feet up in the gatehouse as you enter or leave.
