davieG Posted 15 September 2006 Author Posted 15 September 2006 Well I have the proper full MS Outlook (as comes with Office 2003 Pro) ... but I just can't be arsed to use an email client, I use the Gmail web interface instead As for Firefox, I'd reckon at least half the forums have switched away from the bug-ridden IE6 I use MS Outlook because I use it at work and I do some work at home, although now I've got a Citrix portal I can access all my work files and emails at home anyway.

Get you with your fancy home-office solutions... ... when I need stuff from university, I email them to myself. The peak of sophistication, I tell you.

It's only until the new year then I'm out of work as I've been 'persuaded' to leave' in the interests of efficiency of service, which means I work part time and they want someone full time. I suppose their 'persuasion' wasn't quite so simple/crude, though.

lookwhaticando Posted 15 September 2006 Posted 15 September 2006 Well if you include crossing my palm with silver you're about right, would that make it cruder or more subtle? That'd make it a thinly-veiled, but still a bit more subtle and a bit less crude.

I guess the size of the kitty would determine the crudeness or subtlety, so given it isn't a great big sackful I guess we are in the subtle area. Irrespective I don't hang around when I'm not wanted.
