Fez of Mahrez Posted 27 September 2006 Posted 27 September 2006 Derby target Akinbiyi I know he's had a few good seasons at Championship level but it's still fairly amusing. Taylor out of Leicester game Taylor, N'Gotty and Upson out yet they can still field Tebily and Jaidi at centre-back on Saturday. Therein lies the difference these days.

I know the team has changed but if we can beat Charlton and Spurs as well as taking Bolton to extra time, then I'm sure we don't need to be worrying about Birmingham. We coped at Sunderland and Kelly will probably be quite happy selecting a containing side. His problems are all at the attacking end really - cos at this time the two aren't even connected anyway. When they are we might even beat the likes of Birmingham!
Head Honcho Posted 27 September 2006 Posted 27 September 2006 As poor as we are playing I still don't fear any team in this division we have the capability to beat any team in this division. ..............unfortunately we also have the capabilty to lose to any of them.
lildave3 Posted 27 September 2006 Posted 27 September 2006 Why are Derby after Akinbiyi?! They've already got Lupoli and Howard, aswell as Peschisolido. They should try strengthening other parts of their team imo. Have they even got a midfield? (not that we can talk)
Maybes Posted 27 September 2006 Posted 27 September 2006 In this league anyone can beat anyone. I often find it soo hard to predict when it comes to a betting accumulator I dont fear birmingham i think we can go their and get a good point. I would just like to the team go out and have a real go at them!!
