I heard the "not ready yet" comment about Stearman, Logan and Porter too.

In some ways I even agree with you about some needing more time in an ideal world. But we haven't got an ideal world at Leicester. My only question on any given day is are Academy players better than the alternative.

Gradel blows hot/cold temperamentally but better than Low. Anytime in my view.

Andy King better than Hughes. No contest to me.

Mattock better than Nils. More difficult because Nils has been defending well but Mattock offers so many extras on top of basic defending.

I'd be happy, for once, to field our strongest team in every position. Trouble is I don't think Mattock's even eligible according to the League rules. Looks like left-back will remain a curse for us.

I dunno what your talking about RE Logan, Me, Barton and a few others who always get on at you for constantly going on about the under 13's were backing Logan from the end of last season! I'd say the only youth team player who has recieved more backing is Weso!

Not that any of it matters but You didn't hear Stearmans not ready on this board I can tell you that, and I think you'll find most people backed Porter for a start after a decent pre season

Logan's kicking is excellent. You can see he almost alway puts it where he wants to, long or short.

Another plus - he's not afraid to tell the defence what to do.

Hopefully we can keep hold, he has got to be the best goalkeeping (if not overall player) prospect we've had in absolutely ages
