Tubes Posted 29 October 2006 Posted 29 October 2006 does anyone know how long it will be and when it starts? and i guess rob will quietly be glad to not have to upset anyone now dropping them for paddy mac
holly Posted 29 October 2006 Posted 29 October 2006 1 game misses stoke game as far as i know thought that straight red was a 3 match ban
lcfc_jme Posted 29 October 2006 Posted 29 October 2006 I understand it to be just a 1 match ban If t'is wrong I blame lwicd... Hasn't there been an official statement yet saying how long he'll be banned for?!

lcfc_jme Posted 29 October 2006 Posted 29 October 2006 Radio Leicester said it was just 1, but i wouldn't be so sure trusting them Ahh I understand. Hopefully it is only 1 game. McAuley is in good form and Big Mac could either injure his face or get booked against Stoke, meaning he'll be out of contention again
lildave3 Posted 29 October 2006 Posted 29 October 2006 Mandatory one match suspension, then the FA look at incident and decide whether their was violent conduct or not. (obviously not in out case) If there is, a further 2 match suspension will be handed out.

Hasn't there been an official statement yet saying how long he'll be banned for?! Don't look at me. It's one game. It'd be 3 if it was violent conduct he was sent off for, you'd think, but not deliberate handball.
DanTheFoxBhoy Posted 30 October 2006 Posted 30 October 2006 Unless it was a handball to someone's skull, which it wasn't.

Well it isn't violent conduct, and it is definitely a handball with no appeal grounds whatsoever, and so McAuley will miss the Stoke game with the view of being back in contention come the game against the blue half of Sheffield on Saturday
