discojoe Posted 20 December 2004 Posted 20 December 2004 http://skysports.planetfootball.com/list.a...el=Championship mite be worth a six month loan could solve out midfield problem
Muz Posted 20 December 2004 Posted 20 December 2004 I would defo take him on loan. Was good at Fulham.
Guest Daniel Posted 20 December 2004 Posted 20 December 2004 Not a bad player at all, dont know if he's still that good but last time i seen him he was very pacey and skillful.
FOREST4EVA Posted 21 December 2004 Posted 21 December 2004 Joey/Dawson and Williams the way forward. 48322 Micheal Dawson from us ??
Guest Daniel Posted 21 December 2004 Posted 21 December 2004 No, our better Dawson. Up and coming youngster.
Mark Posted 21 December 2004 Posted 21 December 2004 Joey/Dawson and Williams the way forward. 48322 Micheal Dawson from us ?? 48408 No, Stephen Dawson our young Irish midfielder
TrickyTrev Posted 21 December 2004 Posted 21 December 2004 Joey/Dawson and Williams the way forward. 48322 It will be pretyt bleak times if Joey is our future.
Scow Posted 21 December 2004 Posted 21 December 2004 Joey/Dawson and Williams the way forward. 48322 It will be pretyt bleak times if Joey is our future. 48430 He played a lot better against Forest, his use of the ball was much improved. However, I would prefer Dawson though, who I think is a wonderful prospect.
Guest Daniel Posted 21 December 2004 Posted 21 December 2004 Joey is a great player, definatly man of the match agaisnt the tree huggers.
Cobbo Posted 21 December 2004 Posted 21 December 2004 Joey is a great player, definatly man of the match agaisnt the tree huggers. 48443 1 – Keith Gillespie – 6.942 – Dion Dublin – 6.92 3 – Martin Keown – 6.65 4 – Danny Tiatto – 6.45 5 – Stuart Taylor/Joey Gudjonsson – 6.13 Or not I think we have good depth in the centre of midfield for this level (except for Gemmill ) Nalis, Joey, Williams, Dawson and then Tiatto can play there too. Each one of those coule make it into nearly any other Championship club when on form IMO.
Scow Posted 21 December 2004 Posted 21 December 2004 I think Joey is far from a 'great' player - He's been extremely disappointing so far, although as I said, a much improved performance against Forest.
Guest freund Posted 23 December 2004 Posted 23 December 2004 The only match I've been to recently was the Forest match (my first Craig Levein match) and I thought the whole team played much better than I can remember, I was pretty impressed with Joey and even Gillespie.
MON Posted 25 December 2004 Posted 25 December 2004 Joey and Williams is the way forward in centre midfield. Sorry Lilian. But whilst Tiatto is out Lilian should play Left midfield IMO>>>>like he did against plymouth with devastating effect.
dan_84 Posted 25 December 2004 Posted 25 December 2004 I agree i think with stewart overlapping Nalis would do a cracking job on the left. I know he hasnt got great pace but be is a great user of the ball and i think him cutting in from the left and hitting a few could find him netting
Scow Posted 26 December 2004 Posted 26 December 2004 Levein has indicated that Joey is likely to play left side, with the wonderful pacey duo of Nalis and Gemmill in the centre.
