Rincewind Posted 27 December 2006 Posted 27 December 2006 If everyone had xmas off the dead roads would be full of dead people because nobody stopped them drnk driving. Apart from the Grim Reaper of course.
Turtles Head Posted 28 December 2006 Posted 28 December 2006 Ive recently started a new job, temping until Feb. How bad is this for working over xmas? 23rd 5pm - 1am 24th Off 25th Off 26th till 30th 5pm - 1am 30th till 2nd Off Anyone done worse than that? Boxing Day was double pay = £14 p/h. Makes it a bit better
fox123 Posted 28 December 2006 Posted 28 December 2006 Up until December when our company was sold I was a Liabilities Manager for a credit betting company the only day off over xmas was the 23rd 24th and 25th! Boxing day and New years day I would have to be in the office at 8am, whilst the money was good i don't miss that!
