bold_fox Posted 4 January 2007 Posted 4 January 2007 A murder inquiry has been launched after a woman was fatally stabbed at a shop on the outskirts of Leicester. The 26-year-old victim was attacked at a branch of TK Maxx in Barkby Thorpe Lane, in Thurmaston, just after 0800 GMT on Wednesday. She died at the Leicester Royal Infirmary a short while later. A 31-year-old man was arrested and detained by police. The shop was closed all day for forensic examinations. Detectives have appealed for witnesses. Shocking news !
