Birdy Posted 29 January 2007 Posted 29 January 2007 Having had a discussion with a couple of people, an idea has come up about seeing if an LCFC badge can be made into a floral tribute to take up the funeral for Janx. Anyone who is interested in contributing towards this please pm me, if you have my mobile drop us a text. It would be a fitting tribute. Thanks, Birdy
The People's Hero Posted 30 January 2007 Posted 30 January 2007 More than happy to contribute, as it's for Janks, like.
Janx Posted 30 January 2007 Posted 30 January 2007 Hello all, This is Mrs Janx Don't want to sound too harsh and really appreciate the sentiment - but could the floral tribute be left at the garden of remembrance or somewhere at the ground. I know this may seem a little ungrateful and realise everyone has to pay their respects in their own way - but would rather it was family flowers only at the Funeral. FYI - the funeral will take place on Friday 9th February (pm) but will add another posting will full details Thanks all for your support !!! S
davieG Posted 31 January 2007 Posted 31 January 2007 If someone could let Peter Jones (LCFC) have Sarah's address, he would like to send a letter on behalf of LCFC Peter's email is [email protected] If you can help post on here to let me know you've passed it on. Thanks.

Robsdee Posted 31 January 2007 Posted 31 January 2007 Beat me to it Birdy. Cheers mate. Be good if the Club sent a letter to Sarah
Janx Posted 31 January 2007 Posted 31 January 2007 Hello all This is a wonderful gesture and Neil would have been very touched - I will Email the club with our details. Mrs Janx
Guest Posted 1 February 2007 Posted 1 February 2007 We would also like to have a plaque made as a permanent reminder of our mate (thanks to Chards and BF for investigating this). The cost of this is £55, and I think it's 25 words (please correct me if I'm wrong)? I'm a bit short on details, as I'm not supposed to be on here (oops)!
