Modern kitchen and bathroom, fully furnished, clean and tidy (apart from my bedroom, but you wouldn't be going in there unless you were a girl with nice boobies) and wireless broadband. My current housemate is moving due to his job so if anyway knows anyone who might need a place to live within the next month or two, let meh know. The house is pretty much equidistant between the city center and fosse park and parking is good. 25 minute walk to the Walkers also!!! Peace..

Have you got rid of the poltergiests, I remember you mentioning something about lights comming on, etc etc!! Maybe that's what put people off???

Maybe that's what put people off??? na it was just my lazy **** of a housemate being scared of the dark , honestly, I blame the parents, if they want to waste their money on electricity bills in oppose to beer then that is their prerogative
