Technically our 1997 win doesn't really count because we've already had the Carling Cup final this year. Hence the past 10 winners are: 1998 Chelsea 1999 Tottenham Hotspur 2000 Leicester City 2001 Liverpool 2002 Blackburn Rovers 2003 Liverpool 2004 Middlesbrough 2005 Chelsea 2006 Manchester United 2007 Chelsea No longer are we the 5th best club in the country. Im not only surrounded by the locals who think there clubs are amazing due to ancient history but there are plenty of Northern monkeys who support clubs like Man City, Newcastle and even Blackburn down here and I always point out that we are better than the lot of those in recent times. The barstewards cant help but laugh at the words "Leicester" and "quality" with "trophies" in the same sentence but the facts are clear. Thanks for the link BTW, time to email a few more ! It does count iof we are reading the stats in years, It doesnt if we are saying seasons. In that case, in the last 10 years we are the 5th most succesful club in England. Start the party we have been saved and we have the new generation to continue the trend. Yeates, Jarrett and Johnson, the new Lennon, Izzet and Savage.
