sam_lcfc Posted 13 March 2007 Posted 13 March 2007 These next two games are crucial ones. Win and we are 100% safe, lose and we have gifted the teams below us points. Although QPR and Leeds are on bad form (beating Luton doesn't count on the run they are on!), the stats do not look good. Be afraid! August - GOOD MONTH - After a shaky start against Luton and Burnley, we gain 7 points out of our next 9 and progress in the league cup September - BAD MONTH - Fail to win in 5 league games and only victory is against Hereford October - GOOD MONTH - Unbeaten in the league with 3 wins and unlucky against Villa. Good wins over Southampton and Stoke November - BAD MONTH - 1 Point from 15, at home to Plymouth. Shit month! December - GOOD MONTH - Good in relative terms. 2 Defeats but 10 Points in the month, which over the season would be promotion form. January - BAD MONTH - No wins in January, I think the pattern is emerging! February - GOOD MONTH - Another unbeaten month, with 3 league wins March - BAD MONTH????????? - 1 draw and 1 loss. Judging by the pattern we will draw or lose to QPR, Leeds and Stoke. However, if this is to happen console yourself with the thought that April will be a good one......and who do we have first game in April......Derby!!!! BRING IT ON!!!!
lookwhaticando Posted 13 March 2007 Posted 13 March 2007 And people accused the team of being inconsistent.
securedfox Posted 13 March 2007 Posted 13 March 2007 Absolutely astonishing stats Sam-lcfc. Could you find some stats that make it....good year.... bad year and so on without the bad year.... of course
Zingari Posted 13 March 2007 Posted 13 March 2007 Absolutely astonishing stats Sam-lcfc. Could you find some stats that make it....good year.... bad year and so on without the bad year.... of course a couple of goodyears would be "tiring"
sam_lcfc Posted 13 March 2007 Author Posted 13 March 2007 Absolutely astonishing stats Sam-lcfc. Could you find some stats that make it....good year.... bad year and so on without the bad year.... of course I think the last three years would kind of ruin that!! maybe it should be decade by decade!
BartonFox Posted 13 March 2007 Posted 13 March 2007 You'd think as the season progressed there would be signs of that pattern stopping and something a little more consistent appearing. The f'ckn clown just can't learn. It was the same at the start of his tenure as manager a few wins then a dispicable April in terms of performance.
sam_lcfc Posted 26 March 2007 Author Posted 26 March 2007 I told you all!!! lets just hope that April is a good one....otherwise trouble is ahead!!
blue blood Posted 26 March 2007 Posted 26 March 2007 Absolutely astonishing stats Sam-lcfc. Could you find some stats that make it....good year.... bad year and so on without the bad year.... of course off the top of my head good 2-3 seasons bad 6-7 seasons good 2-3 seasons bad 6-7 seasons good 2-3 seasons bad 6-7 seasons good 2-3 seasons bad 6-7 seasons etc
00rawat Posted 26 March 2007 Posted 26 March 2007 One good one bad it is basically what I have come to exepect from City.
Geo V Posted 26 March 2007 Posted 26 March 2007 We were similarly as bad last season, but that is all down to having a shite side!
lookwhaticando Posted 27 March 2007 Posted 27 March 2007 I reckon we ought to rotate the managerial team on a monthly basis. RK has a good month, then a bad one... so send him away for a month and put Stowell in charge. RK can have April, but Stowell should be the boss for the rest of March. Perhaps a "new" manager would pick things up for Derby.
Simi Posted 27 March 2007 Posted 27 March 2007 We will be due a good month in April then when we play Derby and Brum then.
