Mouth ulcers are usually linked to stress/poor diet and a sign of your immune system struggling to cope. Try taking more vitamin C (and vitamin C rich fruits and vegetables) as welll. Sleeping more and reducing alcohol would also help (of course, this latter piece of advice will be overlooked by everyone ).
