Mikey Posted 1 April 2007 Posted 1 April 2007 Fantastic finishing by Southampton and fantastic support by the Wolves fans . Why can't our fans sing like that. Not looking forward to our game. Again why can't our fans sing like that, they outsung Southampton fans even thoughh they were 6-0 down. That's real support

Again why can't our fans sing like that, they outsung Southampton fans even thoughh they were 6-0 down. That's real support We'd do that if we were in the play-off positions. I'm often critical of our support but if we'd just gone on a long unbeaten run like Wolves have and our manager had bought players like Kightly, Ward and Keogh then we'd be up for that sort of backing, no problem. We've just had to watch utter garbage for three years.
Brainy Posted 1 April 2007 Posted 1 April 2007 We'll just have to try and match their support when we're 6-0 down against Derby then.
Filbert_Ross Posted 1 April 2007 Posted 1 April 2007 I went to the wolves game yesterday, there support was amazing, they were doing the mexican wave at 6-0. no booing at the end. it was a freak game, and wolves didnt even play bad.
Brainy Posted 1 April 2007 Posted 1 April 2007 They'll be mad to boo the team anyway. What MM has done there this season is amazing.

Again why can't our fans sing like that, they outsung Southampton fans even thoughh they were 6-0 down. That's real support Wolves lost 6-0 in flukey circumstances against a side who looked polished but also lucky. We manage to look shite even when we win. Watching that really brought home to me how much we need to push on next season, because most of our fans are close to breaking point. Did anyone see the feature on Niall Quinn on Football Focus yesterday? Hopefully Milan can be doing something similar in terms of going out and getting lapsed fans back on board. He seems the right type of guy.

That's real support i can assure you wolves fans don't tend to be vocal. it was a one off, as i am sure our fans will have one day
Floating Fox Posted 1 April 2007 Posted 1 April 2007 Wolves fans are usually wank though. When We went there two years ago they booed the team when they lost the ball and constantly moaned...and it was like a morgue!
