lildave3 Posted 7 May 2007 Posted 7 May 2007 Back to the top Joe...1 Stopper on a 70 lap race? I don't think he set it up. I think he actually went back sleep this afternoon. Pansy.
potter3 Posted 7 May 2007 Posted 7 May 2007 I ruined my own race.Easily the worst drive. yeah you ruined my chance of a win too Best race of the season so far for me.
Brainy Posted 7 May 2007 Posted 7 May 2007 From last seasons ''I am going to take you out in the first corner'' too '' I will sneak up on you and collide, costing us time and 4 places...'' 2nd time in a row now I think.. Watch out, your next.
dandannieldanok Posted 8 May 2007 Posted 8 May 2007 Ah so frustrating. Unlike the last race, the poor start did really cost me badly, I was fastest on the track at the end and could have challenged for a podium without the bad start.
Floating Fox Posted 8 May 2007 Author Posted 8 May 2007 Ferrari Announce new driver Ferrari today announced the sacking of rookie driver Shaun Wilkes. Wilkes had only picked up 8 points so far this year and ferrari were not best pleased. A rumour had been passing around the paddock the he had been banned for the abuse of drugs, but the Ferrari cheif wouldn't comment on this. Shaun has been quoted to of said "I thank the Ferrari Team for their good work. I am now looking for a new role, wether at BMW or just a test driver at another team" Dan Doman has been brought in. After a few seasons in the junior league he makes a step upto Forumla Foxestalk and hopes he can improve Ferrari's fortunes. Ferrari now believe they can win the Manafacturers championship with Dan and Jonny behind their wheels. Dan will have the added bonus of KoolTools, something that only Riening Champion, and Current Championship leader, Andy Hunt has. Doubts have already been expressed at the American's potential as he is very much a newcomer, despite his KT status, and Ferrari have been critised for not going for someone with a bit of experience.
dandannieldanok Posted 8 May 2007 Posted 8 May 2007 Cox Reveals Ferrari Interest Super Aguri star Daniel Cox today revealed how he attracted interest from Ferrari in the wake of Shaun Wilkes' sacking. Cox apparently recieved a phone call straight after qualifying in Magny Cours, inquiring to his availability. He said: "I'm flattered that Jean Todt wanted me again, but after last season's debacle I very much doubted that my fortunes would change if I returned." Cox also emphasised his loyalty to his current team Super Aguri: "I'm very content here. We work with a tenth of the budget of any of the teams in this series but still compete strongly in the midfield. Me and Chris are commited to picking up as many points as possible for the remainder of this season for Super Aguri." Ferrari declined to comment.
Brainy Posted 8 May 2007 Posted 8 May 2007 Aguri Pleased To See Improvement Super Aguri officials are pleased to see drivers Dan Cox and Chris Louth progressing after a poor start to the second season. The new drivers, signed from Ferrari in the winter are beginning to find the pace in recent weeks and have collected 29 points in the past four races. Chinuka Wung Soo, part of the Aguri team, said '' We are pleased to see progress. We knew of their capabilities and knew they'd finally find the pace. They're flying at the moment. If they keep this up until the end of the season, I can see a bigger team snapping them up.'' Chinuka also took the time to praise the talented McLaren duo Ben Stapleford and Joe Brewin, who continue to progress. ''They've carried on from where they finished last year, high up the grid. They show the hunger and desire to challenge for trophys and theres no doubt there'd be a few more added to the cabinet by the time they had retire.''
Joe. Posted 8 May 2007 Posted 8 May 2007 Brewin shows regard for Chinuka Follwing Chinuka Wung Soo's positive comments made about the McLaren duo of Joe Brewin and ben Stapleford, driver Joe Brewin had only good things to say about the Super Aguri team. Brewin: "I'd like to thank Chinuka for his kind comments about the McLarens. It's nice to see we have some of the better people of the game amongst us. I wish the Super Aguri team all the best for the future and congratulate them on finding some form".

Brainy Posted 8 May 2007 Posted 8 May 2007 Well it works for me if you go back on your history. I've just had to go back 160 or so pages, buty hey I got there To read Andy's disturbing message in driver chat. Like cmon! Who would do intend to do that?
potter3 Posted 8 May 2007 Posted 8 May 2007 Hopefully should be 100% set-up when it's the race, got quite a few already.
