Nice one. Young(ish), succesful and has some decent ideas on the game. Maybe he can take our game forward anf make us a stronger, fitter more determined outfit than we currently are now.

BTW, whose place is at risk in the one day side/squad??? I think Joyce, Vaughan, Nixon, Mahmood and even Bell could be in danger. I cant give you any names of potential incomers as I dont know the county game that well. Maybe Harmy will be persuaded out of retirement at this level?
