Allen

Recommended Posts

The Dons are a sleeping giant that could easily snowball into a team that gets at least into the Championship. With the right guidance we have the population and potential fanbase to equal and if not exceed smaller towns like Reading and Watford.

Before Wimbledon moved in we were the largest town in Europe without a professional football team.

The one thing that the MK Dons don't want is another Allen coming in simply because he's short on options at the time, then having a massive clearout only to leave in under a year because something better's turned up.

The Dons chairman has said that in the forthcoming managerial interviews he's not going to spend his time selling the club's ambitions etc, to the manager, he wants the manager to say what he can do for the club and it looks like we may be in a position to do that this time round.

Nonsense..your ground looks like a hockey stadium..and that's what it is...you have no loyalty..no firm fanbase..no years of tradition...you have Chelski and West Scam support on a part time and very fickle basis..mixed with some local curiosity and few fans that either can't afford the fare or can't be bothered to go to either the Sixfields or Kennilworth Road!

Actually, our new stadium that we move to in July looks like this...http://www.mkdons.premiumtv.co.uk/page/LatestPicsDetail/0,,10420~1025855,00.html I seem to remember your old stadium being a bit of a dive, at least the Hockey Stadium was only temporary.

Before you start being condescending and treating as inferior other clubs you consider to be lesser then Lecicester there's a hell of a lot of teams above and around you that could do the same to you.

And before you talk about club loyalty do you seriously not think that some of your own supporters haven't found themselves secretly watching Premiership clubs during the past grim seasons that you've had, whilst springing out of their seats when their clandestine favourite team scores? I bet many have but few will admit it.

At the end of the day opinions on supporters is hypothetical and unfounded, but the fact is we have growing support here and above average for the league we are in.

The fact you’re even comparing your Cows team to Leicester is a joke. Have you lost your minds or something? Why support them? Who are you, why do things the things you do?

Who's been comparing our "cows team to Leicester"? I don't recall doing that. The only thing we have in common is that your team has inexplicably chosen to take our manager who in mosts eyes down here was a failure that played a god awful ugly style of football.

You wait and see though. If all the things gel together like they could do then the MK Dons will rise from the ashes. We certainly have every thing in place.
