I'm only guessing here but I think it was something like this: Monsieur Daggers picks up the phone Monsieur Daggers dials the council's number Monsieur Daggers waits for the very nice people at the council to answer the phone All in all it's pretty much the same as phoning anyone - It just depends on the number that you dial Hope that helps love from your friendly neighbourhood Deathside
