Fez of Mahrez Posted 27 June 2007 Posted 27 June 2007 If you see the name Henry, do you read it as Hen-ree or On-ree? I read it as On-ree initially even if it's about some old boy complaining on Anglia News about getting told off by the local council for feeding pigeons.

I do that as well. And you get Anglia news in Northants?
Fez of Mahrez Posted 27 June 2007 Author Posted 27 June 2007 I do that as well. And you get Anglia news in Northants? Yep. We are covered by Anglia News. There's an office on the main shopping street in town.
Vennegoor10 Posted 27 June 2007 Posted 27 June 2007 Same here, I would do that. This is how obsessed I am. I have just retired from playing fro the same team after 8 years because of Uni in a year. Have Just renewed my 5th season ticket and this will be the last year in six form as I will be taking a gap year to coach football in Costa Rica. I will then return to England to Study Football Technology at Staffordshire Uni. I LOVE THE BEAUTIFULL GAME

It's when you start having problems whenever you see the word "reading" you have to worry.
Cat Burger Posted 27 June 2007 Posted 27 June 2007 I was reading an Ernie Wise obituary the other day. I couldn't accept that he wasn't a cheating, whinging, petty, money-mad, dwarfed little parasite.

Zingari Posted 27 June 2007 Posted 27 June 2007 When Willie Bell used to play for us and i saw his name i used to think of the end of my penis ..........in fact i still do
city1993 Posted 27 June 2007 Posted 27 June 2007 I would always say On-ree now, after, I would realise he was talking with a posh London accent and quickly change my terms.
