leicesterweb Posted 15 February 2005 Posted 15 February 2005 WHAT A RIP OFF! ONCE AGAIN!!!!!! tickets for Reading were only £13 to go to the match!!!!!!!!!!! ----------------------------------------- Leicester City will be beaming back the FA Cup fifth round clash to the Walkers Stadium. The Foxes sold out their maximum allocation of 4,000 tickets on Saturday as supporters snapped up the chance to see the club bid for a place in the quarter-finals. Charlton were unable to release any further tickets for the fixture - and Leicester have now confirmed that they will be showing the game live at their own home this weekend. The match will be broadcast onto the big screen inside the Great Hall and Club Lounge at the ground. A fully licensed bar will be available on the day with special drinks promotions on offer. Tickets are on sale now priced at £10 for adults, £7 senior citizens and £5 juveniles. Fans are urged to secure their tickets as soon as possible as demand is expected to be high. Call into the Walkers Stadium ticket office today to snap up your place or call 0870 499 1884. Fans can also email their ticket requests to Doors open at 1:30pm.
Craig Posted 15 February 2005 Posted 15 February 2005 I'll give that a miss
City Fan Posted 15 February 2005 Posted 15 February 2005 Ridiculous. Even if I pose as a juvenile, I will still have to pay £5 plus bus fare etc. What a rip off - does this club not realise we are in division one?
Scow Posted 15 February 2005 Posted 15 February 2005 Money, money, money... 66904 As I've said before, Paul Mace needs shooting.
Ash Posted 15 February 2005 Posted 15 February 2005 Isn't the beam back usually free? 66913 No mate , Or else no-one would go to the games would they
Wellman Posted 15 February 2005 Posted 15 February 2005 I'll give that a miss    66889 Because your be at the game!!! Meeting me
Muz Posted 15 February 2005 Posted 15 February 2005 How do you know Paul Mace made the decision? 67010 He makes all those decisions. Its his job
Anish Posted 15 February 2005 Posted 15 February 2005 Isn't the beam back usually free? 66913 They are only free if the game is already being shown on Sky Bloody ridiculous - I hope nobody goes to the beamback and the club lose money in this event. They need to learn that they can't rip off the fans at every possible opportunity

Wellman Posted 15 February 2005 Posted 15 February 2005 This has nothing to do with the beam back, but rather starting another thread, I thought I'd post it here http://www.cafc-fans.co.uk/yoursay/viewtopic.php?p=9436#9436
Guest Posted 16 February 2005 Posted 16 February 2005 I'm sure that the club will be applauded by some for taking the opportunity to capitalise on our footballing success by making a bit more cash to pay for the arrival of our dearly beloved neighbours.
