josedob Posted 25 July 2007 Posted 25 July 2007 Old news ..... but.... from BBC: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/football/t...ity/6912578.stm Cort misses out on Leicester tour Leicester boss Martin Allen has confirmed that striker Carl Cort will not be travelling with the squad for their pre-season trip to Scotland. Allen has revealed that a hamstring injury has forced him to leave the former Newcastle forward behind. "Carl picked up a hamstring injury in training on Thursday which means he will be out for a couple of weeks," Allen told the club's website. The 29-year-old joined the Foxes on a free transfer from Wolves in 2006. You have to love the accuracy in reporting these days..... 2006??? When did the time warp happen?? Not that I'm a gramatical genius - but that just gets my goat. Is it me or does anyone else get upset when blatant errors are made in reporting the news??
