dandannieldanok Posted 29 December 2007 Author Posted 29 December 2007 I've decided to formulate all the scores for Gameweeks 23,24,25 & 26 during the 2 week break from league fixtures between the 1st and the 12th of Jan, please be patient. Like last year you will all be open to make upto 2 transfers from midnight on the 1st of Jan to midnight on the 31st of Jan. These are no compulsory and you don't have to change anything if you don't want to. Please remember the rules though, no more than one from a team and you still must be in a 4-4-2 formation. Also, don't worry if your team currently has two from each team now or will have because of real transfers that have occured (for example a few of you have Carlisle from Watford then he moved to Burnley) or do occur (for example if leicester buy Darren Huckerby and you already have a city player).
kidder_wolf Posted 29 December 2007 Posted 29 December 2007 Not until Jan 1st, but once a transfer is made you cannot reverse it so if you want Beattie until the end of the season you will have to stick it out with his injury. Ok then scrap that change then. I have had a think and im 90% sure of the changes i will make just need another defender. I was thinkin of Kisnorbo, you seem to keep clean sheets and he scores a few. What do you guys think of him?

General Smuts Posted 2 January 2008 Posted 2 January 2008 Woooooooah im almost not last!!! Any chance of getting a points breakdown for mine and other peoples players? Just so i can see who i want to make transfer wise.
dandannieldanok Posted 4 January 2008 Author Posted 4 January 2008 Woooooooah im almost not last!!!Any chance of getting a points breakdown for mine and other peoples players? Just so i can see who i want to make transfer wise. Well if I were you I'd definitely transfer Marek Saganowski out, rarely starts a game for the Saints and doesn't score many points at all. The best strikers have been Kevin Phillips, James Beattie and Marlon King, Chris Iwelumo's been useful too. Or you could go with strikers no-one else has yet, like Alan Lee, Sylvan Ebanks-Blake, Ricardo Fuller and Clinton Morrison are just a few you might want to consider becuase they're all high in the scorers charts.
dandannieldanok Posted 4 January 2008 Author Posted 4 January 2008 Considering LFF has raised the point, these have been the best and worst performers (only those players picked in your teams) so far just in case if you are wondering who to take out and bring in: Keepers: Best - Steve Simonsen Worst - Luke McCormick (2nd choice at Plym) Defenders: Best - Leon Cort (ever since his move to Stoke), Patrick Kisnorbo (Inconsistent though), Jordan Stewart and Danny Shittu (although their good form has tailed off) Worst - Michael Mancienne, Chris Morgan, Lee Bullen, Lewin Nyatanga (returned to Derby), Claus Lundekvam (long-term injury) Midfielders: Best - Liam Lawrence, Robert Koren, Zoltan Gera, Andy Reid, Michael McIndoe Worst - Keigan Parker, Lee Hendrie, Trevor Sinclair, Kenny Lunt Strikers: Best - Kevin Phillips, James Beattie, Marlon King (goals have dired up recently, also rumoured to be leaving) Worst - Marek Saganowski, Gregorz Rasiak, DJ Campbell, Teddy Sheringham, Billy Sharp, Ben Sahar

Better make some transfers before next week.
