I'm sure Newcastle are very much able to be level on points with Chelsea, Man United and Liverpool should they beat Derby on Monday night?? And they'd have a game in hand still over Chelsea and Man United?! Normal service may not quite be resumed just yet.

First time i've watched MOTD in month tonite.Same as usual really....Spurs lose to Arsenal,after looking like they'd win.Man u get a lucky win,Wigans ground looks half empty...Some of the kits are interesting though!Guess JJB have given up making them as even Wigans done by Umbro.

I didnt watch MOTD or Sky earlier so I am basing my opinion on Skys OS but all I can say is that Rafa Benitez needs to start taking games like yesterdays more seriously and play his better players of he wants to win the league. If he leaves out players like Gerrard and Torres because of a Champs Game in midweek he`ll bugger ther chances right up. I cant believe Man U and there 4 goals in 6 games are up there either.

As for the other sides out of the top 4, Everton could have made a statement with a point or 3 today but messed up, Spurs are just spineless and Jol cant make the most of his quality squad and Man City play tomorrow so heres hoping Sven can get amongst the big boys.
