bazza hayles is quickly becoming the love of my life

I think opinions are divided on Hayles because people have different expectations of what they expect from a striker.

Hayles does exactly what he's on the pitch to do, hold the ball up, pass it on and score. 2 goals in 4 now, no doubt he could of had more as well.

However, I don't feel he's the man we need to partner Howard up front. We've seen last night and in the past what DJ can do when he gets the proper service, with Howard next to him, I think he'd thrive upon that.

Hayles is doing fine for now though.

Hayles is doing a steady job for us at the moment and he's playing fairly well. But like you say, I think we can do better, and we have DJ who would probably provide a better strike partner for Howard.

I thought Hayles was a poor buy but have changed my mind a tad. He is scoring vital goals for us and does get involed in the game. Still think he is shite but keep him for the rest of the season and see what happens.

He was one of our best players tonight, and was against Norwich. I dont care how old he is, hes making an impact.

I agree i thought he did very well when he came on against Norwich and was decent last night ans scored a screamer
