Proposed changes to penalty shoot outs

Wish it were kept the same. Why do we need to keep proposing rule changes.

Next thing will be the term "goal" being changed to "touchdown".

That makes less sense than if a Yank were to mock the concept of calling time-out in American football or basketball as "too British." Mods, please delete my previous post on this thread as it seemed to do no good whatsoever, and let's just get back to the topic of some man's idea of rearranging the pieces of a broken system.
