I hope not, but I'm beginning to worry that if we head in March in a precarious postion, which we certainly will if we lose those two games, Milan will be tempted to off Ollie, destabilise the club again, and give us another example of his wonderful manager selection skills.

I tihnk that Milan will keep him as manager to keep us up and then he will see what he does in the summer. Next season is a big one for us as it is certinly possible for us to get promoted. Or Ollie could not spend his money wisely, get sacked and we have a repeat of the start of this season.

Totally agree, Roeder has got Norwich going, he started off with a worse squad than us and has only added loan signings, look where they are now. Was it really too much to ask for us to be in the top half?

I think Norwich and Palace had better players to work with to be honest. And Warnock and Roeder certainly weren't faced with the mess which Ollie was, unable to rebuild in January because he had to spend his money paying players off.

To be honest I'm nowhere near as worried about relegation as I was a couple of months ago. 4 points is a reasonable gap, and although its nowhere near as comfortable as I'd like, I'd settle for that come May.

He will be able to claim he did a good job given what he inherited, and the poor bloke already seems to be disillusioned. He has commented on Milan being difficult to work with, and the reaction he had from "fans" on Monday night's phone in would hardly have filled him with joy.

Yeah, but Fez, we're much prouder and humble being in the position we're in because we've not got that willy puller Warnock in charge aren't we?

I'll admit I didn't want us to appoint him but his results speak for themselves. Our fans wouldn't have given him any time at all though. What disappoints me most is Holloway's concentration on blaming others. Yes, it was a shambles in the summer, yes, we are in a mess. But most of all we need results in the short term. I'm desperately trying to stay positive about it but we looked no better in yesterday's game than we ever have and unless he signs some wingers he's prepared to play and stick with, I am going to feel completely misled by him after having to put up yesterday with the same awful formation that didn't work at Southampton either.

I understand the need for people to move on to what they believe to be better things. I also believe the things he said while he was here, he genuinely meant. The guy wears his heart on his sleeve. He is passionate and enthusiastic about whatever job he is doing. He will look after you but he needs the time. He needs to get the right type of player in your team, a player like David Norris. A player who is prepared to put everything into a game when he pulls on the shirt. You don't seem to have that at the moment. None of your team, except Hume and Kisnorbo seem to have the desire or hunger for the game. To me, the majority of your team have the 9-5 attitude, pop into work, pick up my obscene weekly wage and then go home. MM would be a fool to move him on. Give him time.
