xxinxsxx Posted 5 May 2008 Posted 5 May 2008 I went yesterday we played ok but it was the same story we couldn't score, ollie played played old and passed it players up front that are to slow and like i said passed it ,howard is crap not a young player with passion ,pace, and talent hardly scored but ollie still picks im ,hayle not but diff only has a bin more pace but ollie still picked them for our most important game ever. Then he put humey the person that has baggs of passion etc out of his possion on the right wing he is our best striker ???he more bell out of his possion didn't get the best of of him,he play oakley carrying a foot injury worslry no exp, clarke ??wezo would have given us passion and a better chance and putting players in the right position would bethe right thing 2 do,forget howard and hayles up front humey and dj or matty would have won us the game or stood us a much better chance.we waited 4 the player coach when got back there was about 20 -30 people waiting ,when they came out the bus people started to cheer nd clap why?????????this is the team that has got us to where we are ,when ollie came off he looked so pissed off and so he should he is the one the fcuked it up for us i shouted you just arn't good enough ollie, and the shouted ollie out he heard me i was to close for him not to.lter on sky sports news mm was interveiwed he said he felt let down by players etc .i agree to that bit .then he went on to say he has spent alot of money and not got any rewards ,well im sorry mm thats wot you get if you do what he has done manager wise .he has to take alot of the blame .he was asked about keeping ollie and him staying as chairmn at our club and he couldn't comment on that at this stage. So that don't sound good does it??i think he is off together with ollie and alot of the players ,fck knows what the future holds for us,what is administation mean???????
Gené and Tonic Posted 5 May 2008 Posted 5 May 2008 hurray for paragraphs! (i also think Ollie should go)
sdb Posted 5 May 2008 Posted 5 May 2008 the players have let us down more than any manager. they can sod off and ollie can have some time to assess things. changing managers will just give the players another man to fool; to convince that they're worth giving a go on their cushy contracts, before getting him sacked - with lcfc another 2 steps back from where they started howard/oakley/dj et al out - go screw up another club

Father Ted Posted 5 May 2008 Posted 5 May 2008 *Waits for the Walsh bandwagon * No offence, but Walsh needs to be involved in the club somewhere in the backroom staff. He served this club loyally for 13/14 years, he was a great leader and stuck his head where it hurt. He was a hero and scored the goals that beat Derby to get to the Premiership. Walsh deserves to be at the club, not necessarily as manager but I would certainly have him as assistant manager! Would you be scared of Ollie if he was shouting at you at half-time? NO. Mike Stowell? NO Steve Walsh? YES.

Ultra Posted 5 May 2008 Posted 5 May 2008 Let him get his coaching badges first. From what we've seen this season and in previous years, he shouldn't have a problem with those.
