Our main (and only) problem this season on the playing field was the severe lack of goals. Do you really think Megson with ultra defensive 5-3-2 tactics at home would have gotten us more goals than we already have. Balls to that. And as already been mentioned, Megson walked into a Prem club with the a proper infrastructure and most importantly a pretty good team, unlike Holloway. And plus, in terms of style, Megson and Bolton are a match made in heaven.

Now Sit Down Fook Off Well the fans maybe drove him out, maybe there were chants of Megson out etc, just goes to show that the grass is not always greener.

On your last point, to be fair to him, briefly udner him Bolton went on a scoring spree and the football under him at Bolton seems a little better than they produced under Big Sam, ie neither of their goals on Saturday were long ball from wha I saw on MOTD.

Ultra Posted 5 May 2008 Posted 5 May 2008 SO WHO WOULD BE YOUR CHOICE ? Does it matter? It's not like he'd be making a decision. What is certain is that we need a new manager asap. How many season ticket holders are likely to renew while this fcukwit remains on the payroll?
