Daggers Posted 6 May 2008 Posted 6 May 2008 I've just watched the goals compilation and I can't believe it - I swear it felt worse than this season and yet we are popping in goals of all types: close quarters, long balls, intricate play and flukes. Compared to the season I've just witnessed we looked like Brazil. Brazil on fire with naked samba dancers. **** we've been shit this season.

act smiley Posted 6 May 2008 Posted 6 May 2008 To be honest the problem with compilations is they show only the best bits so give a somewhat one-sided memory, like Fryatt's goal against Derby and not the utterly unbelievably shite, like Hughes' corner that rolled straight out a yard in front of him in the same match. Admittedly, some of our movement was worse this season, but really we just when nowhere.
