BBC East Midlands News have just reported that the driver of the car had been smoking cannabis in the hours leading up to the accident.Such a tragic waste of life. Oh God so the poor bloke has not only had to endure witnessing this awful thing - hes had some people thinking he was responsible for months too. I used to drive up that road a lot too and have seen all the flowers pics etc... its truely shocking. I feel desperately sorry for all concerned.
