Fez of Mahrez Posted 12 September 2008 Author Posted 12 September 2008 Good night last night then? The thing with Stevie Wonder is that you can forgive him the self-indulgent mid-set noodling, the extended monologues or slightly irritating balladry because he can reel off not one, not two, not three but more like twenty tracks that are among the greatest songs ever written. Seeing him do Superstition was the culmination of a musical love affair for me, and yet I came away from it with about five different songs in my head, none of which were Superstition. He's just beyond incredible. Will never forget it. I could now not go to another gig in my life and still be content that I had seen Stevie Wonder live - perhaps not quite my favourite artist ever and perhaps not quite the greatest artist ever but anyone who tops him on either count has done bloody well.

Fez of Mahrez Posted 12 September 2008 Author Posted 12 September 2008 You also need to download Hit The Floor by Breakestra. Can't find a link at the moment but I'm sure you'll be able to find it somewhere.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 12 September 2008 Author Posted 12 September 2008 ****ing hell. I'd ignore that link I sent for the Hieroglyphics album, it's live. Terrible in comparison to the record.
Joe. Posted 12 September 2008 Posted 12 September 2008 Anybody just see him on Jonathan Ross? Performed three tracks as well, including Superstition.
