FilboFox Posted 16 September 2008 Posted 16 September 2008 I am trying to get a Power PC iMac from donkeys years ago to work up to speed again and I have a PC (Dell) which is now not doing much so I was wondering whether it would be possible to take the RAM chips or whatever they are and put them into the Mac to make it work faster... I think some new ones have already been put into the PC so I could take them out but I am not sure whether they will work in the Mac at all... Any help would be great.
DB11 Posted 16 September 2008 Posted 16 September 2008 Number 1: Ask in here (Cos A) It's the right forum, B) There's loads of threads in here and it'll get lost and C) More people will notice it in the proper forum Number 2: Just ask Daggers.
Daggers Posted 16 September 2008 Posted 16 September 2008 I am trying to get a Power PC iMac from donkeys Don't - they are bastards. I did that once and they were forever popping around afterwards expecting carrots. Donkeys are cunts. Fact.
