I feel like it's going to be a trip to Iraq or something. 07Apr11 2005 PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT FOR COCA-COLA WIN A PLAYER PROMOITON Prize includes: A pair football tickets to watch Leicester City F,C. play at their home ground. * Subject to availability. In consideration of Coca-Cola Great Britain (the Promoter’) awarding you the prize in the promotion and pursuant to the terms and conditions of entry of the promotion (copy attached), the Promoter requires you to acknowledge and declare that you accept the above mentioned prize on, and subject to, the following terms and conditions: 1. Meals, beverages, spending money, transport to and from the game and all other ancillary costs are your responsibility. At least one of the group traveling must be over the age of 16 years. Although all care will be taken by the Promoter and any companies associated with the prize to ensure your participation in the prize is as safe as possible, you acknowledge and agree that injury may occur from participation. 4. It is advised that if you or your guest, suffer from preexisting medical conditions you and your guest should consult your doctor before participating in the prize and should abide by your doctor’s advice as to whether you should participate in the prize. 5. You agree to abide by and to follow the instructions of representatives of the Promoter or any companies associated with the prize as the case may be. You agree to be solely responsible for the conduct of your guests. 6. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude you or your guest from participation in the prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any Companies associated with the prize or you or your guest act in a manner that is dangerous to yourself / themselves or to the public. 7. You confirm that neither you nor your guest are: a) an employee or agent of the Promoter or their agencies; or B) a member of the immediate family of an employee or agent of the Promoter, or their agencies who is associated with the Promotion; or C) a retailer, supplier or advertising agent of the Promoter or their agencies who is associated with the Promotion; or d) an employee of a retailer, supplier or advertising agent of the Promoter or their agencies who is associated with the Promotion. 8. You and for your guest agree to return to the Promoter any prize, which may be awarded to you (or compensate or reimburse the Promoter), if any statement made by you or your guest in this Participation Agreement is false. 9. If your guest is under the age of 16 years, a responsible parent and / or guardian must sign this Participation Agreement on their behalf and a responsible adult, parent and/or guardian must travel with the person under the age of 16 years. davieG Posted 16 April 2005 Author Posted 16 April 2005 The silly thing is I don't know who will be using them as I've got 2 season tickets, I've also won them using my forum handle of davieg (David Gee) which is not my real name I beginning to wish I hadn't bothered as I just got carried away trying to get up the league (thanks Foxilescom ). I'm hoping I don't win the damn thing now, well not under the davieg pseudonym, heaven only knows what you'd have to sign to go to the playoffs
