Adams' promotion aside, everything since MON has been a procession of missed opportunities. We've had a few years where we've been able to rise above the mediocre Wolves/Sheffield United type clubs who seem to plumb around this division for years on end but we're in danger of losing our Premiership ambitions at the moment, and once they've gone - long term - this division is no fun. As this season is proving.
