FilboFox Posted 11 December 2008 Posted 11 December 2008 Matty Elliott... what a towering presence at the back and up front! Captain supremo!
fox123 Posted 11 December 2008 Posted 11 December 2008 I have to go back to Kevin 'Rooster' Russel - and Tony James for saving us from relegation, that was the first year I went down Filbert Street. I always remember we had a shite record against Hull in those days, for me they were our bogey team (back then any way)
C-man Posted 11 December 2008 Posted 11 December 2008 I think I'll have to say Steve Guppy. Being a left-footer myself, to see someone be able to cross a ball like him time after time was just simply amazing. I can't ever remember celebrating a player being called up for England like I did when Guppy got called up!
