The website says it's open from 10am - 2pm, as does the message on the phones. It's quite frustrating as it should be open now but I can't get through! However don't you think they should mention it somewhere on the OS, or on the message that's played when you ring up the ticket office? When you ring up at 11am on a Sunday and get a message saying, "The ticket office is now closed. It's open Monday - Saturday 9-5, Sunday 10 - 2" it's pretty uninformative!
