It will still work, PM me the questions you used and i can act as a second organiser for this round (as i've already answered the questions). Then do the same thing in the next round with one of the losers from this round. Will make for double the availability. There's only 2 more quizzes to do this round, were half way there. Failing that, do what i do - set a deadline and if you aren't available by then someone gets through with a bye.

Maybe on the sign up give times (maybe offer a couple) when each round will occur so people will know if they are available. That way makes it easier for you not having to chase people up, then like smuts said give byes where needed
