Open up ways for people to come here easily to claim asylum. Set up processing centres and process them quickly. It creates vast amount of jobs for people to process them, let's people with legitimate claims get processed and into the country so they can settle and contribute quicker, allows us to remove people who shouldn't be here quickly. That's the easiest way to stop the gangs. You need to eradicate their business model, no need for boats if they can come here freely off their own accord.

Just get the refs to actually call fouls for holding. It's the same solution to players swearing/surrounding the refs. If you enforce the rules prroperl,y the players will just adapt like they always do. A few weeks of multiple players getting sent off for swearing/penalties given everywhere and it'll stop

Not easy to get hold off (or cheap) but I'd highly recommend Hogs Of War to everyone. Was originally a PS2 game but got kick-started a while back into a board game. Great fun, and can be a one player if needed. Also old game but Bootleggers is good fun

I've seen someone microwave a brew that went cold before. Not sure there's any punishment in the world that would be sufficient for that
