Lillehamring Posted 10 August 2009 Posted 10 August 2009 been sniffing around on statto.com and stumbled upon the form table based on their ratings system (which looks at various factors and takes into account things like the league you're playing in) from 1888 to the present day--- http://www.statto.com/football/odds/ratings/england/history and according to this, the highest rating our form ever reached was on the 6th april 1963 we'd just beat man city 2-0 to leap frog everton into 2nd place 1 Tottenham Hotspur 32 20 7 5 91 42 2 Leicester City 33 19 9 5 67 34 3 Everton 32 18 8 6 66 36 4 Burnley 31 16 8 7 60 42 5 Wolverhampton Wndrs 31 14 8 9 73 51 6 Liverpool 30 14 7 9 57 40 7 Arsenal 31 13 8 10 62 56 sadly, we screwed it up and finished 4th.

He said we had some great players, and always spoke highly of Matt Gillies.
