Report into Welsh education? Anglican churchmen vs. Welsh noncoformism? Concluded that the Welsh were all lazy, immoral, drunkard heathens and that the language and culture was a big part of the problem?

Ah, the fact that I didn't mention that kind of stuff is probably the reason I only got a 2:1 and not a First for that particular essay. Though to be fair my essay was on the decline of all Celtic languages and not just Welsh.
