Away) Macclesfield Town 2-0 Review: Not bad playing away at old ground it is good to see Nigel Pearson takes the league cup seriously as naming a strong side against Macclesfield. Keep the cup ruin going well have some money in our pockets for January. Away) Ipswich Town 0-0 Review: Well draw was good result playing one of the play off tip teams without doubt these are one of those fixture that make you nerves, but watching match of the day it was end to end & there was no better side. Away) Sheffield United 1-1 Review: Another draw well keep the unbeaten run going, but not many fans were expecting a win as another play off tip teams, the first of our long list of rivaly games. Home) Barnsley 1-0 Review: A draw would have made fans a little bit annoyed would have been worried of season of a lot draws, but no three points, it was tough match but first half was poor needed to better & Leicester did it again come out better second half should have won 3-0. Fans very pleased start to think of wembley. Away) Preston Northend 1-2 Review: It was a dissapointing draw as when you play somebody in the same division as you, you know its going to be hard. Fans were exicted though as it would be a good test for the lads. Leicester started well with an early goal & were thinking who they wanted in the third round. Unfornatly our little dream was fading as Preston knocked at us too many times. Once It was 1-2 we knew that we just couldn't score again. Fans upset as going out so early but at least the players can focus on the league until the fa cup comes round but the fans are sad to see there team lose. Away) Newcastle United 0-1 Review: This fixture everyone was dreading. most fans would be happy with a draw, but least we can get it over & done with. The game was quite poor not many chances just a centre of the pitch match, newcastle had about two chances but Leicester had good go. The game was unluickly not to be draw as neither team looked the better side. Fans are proud of there team. Revenge is wanted at the walkers. Home) Blackpool 2-1 Review: Fans were excited as it's nice to be home again since we last played, but this must be a must win to keep up with the top teams. The game started well by Leicester but blackpool were attacking a lot. The result was defently brilliant playing a tough side the second half proved it was our game. Fans are on fire happy that yet another win what a start only one lose. If we are like this forget about Wembley look at the main trophy of the championship.

Without a doubt Watford we the better side, but Leicester kept letting the Watford players through to the box. At least we got a draw. Home)Preston 1-2 <_< Preston knocked us out the league cup so every Leicester fan wanted revenge, yet again had a poor start to the game just did not try. Second was still the same prabs odd one or two poor chances, but still woeful. Even though we did score but it was to late. Away)Middlesbrough 1-0 Another dreading fixture but think again as Middlesbrough slipped against Coventry. Middlesbrough are top but have had some poor results. The first half it was all Middlesbrough, the foxes couldn't get the ball of them. The second was still poor but we didn't really care as long as they don't lose but even though the foxes were fighting & it payed of as Lyold Dyer made a party for the foxes fans. It made me sick with 5mins added on. Away)Coventry 1-1 Second derby of the season, without a doubt the game felt like a real derby as neither side like each other. The game was quite entertaining, but at half time all foxes were wishing they didn't come as Cov leading 0-1 singing there crap songs. Second half much better the foxes but Cov looked dangerous. Waghorn made peace by scoring in the 60 mins. Well most foxes supporter thought the result was good as Cov really looked dangerous. Home)Derby County 0-0 This was the fixture everybody was waiting for as the last time we played was back in 2007. The game had brilliant atmosphere, the game was quite poor as neither side looked dangerous. all the chances were off target. This was furstrating as Leicester just simply were not trying & rubbish. Need improvement! Home)Crystal Palace 2-0 After Derby match fans wanted to see more attacking by Leicester than defending. The game started quite poor as Leicester done some poor passing. Palace played very well causing some dangerous chances. Yet again Leicester wern't trying. Second was different story soon as Dyer & Fryatt went off things got better & Leicester were dominating with chance after Gallagher game on he made the whole team come forward. Gallagher scored two good goals & did deserve the man of the match.

nuneatonfox Posted 4 April 2010 Author Posted 4 April 2010 Hi again another review sorry haven't sooner forgot all about these until recently Away) Reading: 1-0 Well we a gap of football as there was no game on Saturday so we at to wait till Monday. Without a doubt a must win as Reading were shit for most the season losing to these would be very bad, losing to the crapest team in division. First was an end to end what is shouldn't have been as somebody like Reading should be defending against us second half well still the same scored early, I think it was Waghorn. Though from then on defending our goal. After a good result as Reading put out a well hard team. Great to show our new team on tele! Away) Queens Park Rangers 2-1 Two scottish teams come together for this fixture only joking. Well a rare Friday night fixture in London, yet again on tele. Well all knew this was going to be tough as QPR had a great start to season near the top pressing for play off place. Well without a doubt one of greatest games off football the support was great the game was fantastic it's what is football really about. QPR scored first but it didn't seem a surprise us as QPR scored a few this season good old Matty got us back in it. First a good preformance from both teams, second half still end to end in some ways it had a draw written over though Mr Matty Fryatt got us another. Without a doubt a great result, were going up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, getting sick of seeing blue hoops though Home) West Brom Albion 1-2 Well it's been a great year for last 2009 the year of the fox. Now this would be a test, two of the best teams in division go head to head. Though watching after 45 mintures you wouldn't thing so 0-2 down at half time, the foxes did nothing just lied down as they let Albion run rings round us. Second half tried but still terrible, you'd be thinking what a waste of money. Left the ground by the time Matty got us one back, but to late. Well you'd think losing 1-2 to Albion would be a good result, but what let it down was rubbish display by the foxes. Home) Plymouth 1-0 Well coming to this game trying to wash out the horrible taste of West Brom, 125 years what time to celebrate almost top of the second league of english football. Without a doubt Plymouth are one of worst team in division, been poor worst than Reading. So Leicester should hammer these, the first half was all Leicester, Plymouth just couldn't sniff the goal. However first was a poor game Leicester struggled to but an on side shot. Second half better still stopped Plymouth getting near our goal. Finnaly a goal my lord its King!. Ending the day thinking why couldn't we beat Plymouth by more goals but who cares three points another ladder for the premiership also raise your glasses to 125 years of football with Leicester City. Away) S****horpe 1-1 Claret & blue ah good it be Villa, Burnley, West Ham no its S****horpe from lincolnshire. Well sorry to say I didn't go to this game or either watch it on football league show, so can't really review apart from saying that S****horpe are looking to survive in the championship there doing a good job though, but Leicester should have really got a good win out of this. Away) Nottingham Forest 1-5 Oh.. my.. god.. what happened were Leicester even on the pitch. Just couldn't believe the result 1-5 loss to your bitter rivals. Well it's been a good season but when a result like this comes along it really knocks you. Credit to Forest there going up. Never want to see Leicester play like that ever again! Home) Bristol City 1-3 Just come out of hospital getting a memory off that horrible defeat on saturday. Anywhere last wash it out with a good win against Bristol City. Well Bristol City are team who are mid table to small for the premiership to big for League One. Started the game poorly seemed like the Forest game wasn't over yet just couldn't get the ball near Bristol City's box. 0-2 down half time where's the team gone. What happened to the great start at the season. Second half is like a repeat of the first half though Bristol tried harder ,0-3 where's a gun?, 1-3 way to late Matty where have you been for the last 90 mintures. No one to celebrate too all Leicester fans have gone. Home) Sheffield Wednesday 3-0 What day is Sheffield coming again, well it had been an awful week 8 goals we let in that week. Well here comes the owls lose today ,we could be looking down at League One again. Though Leicester lads made it up for us Howard finally scoring, King gets one. Well going in half time thinking were back to normal, second half dropped a bit letting Wednesday kick in a bit though King sent them back by the 73rd. 3-0 Leicester lets get that Premiership catalogue out again.
nuneatonfox Posted 4 April 2010 Author Posted 4 April 2010 Home) Sheffield United 2-1 Well it was christmas, seems like normal service as resumed win against Wednesday proved that Leicester are still a play off team, here comes the red side of Sheffield. Well sadly I missed this match as it was boxing day & I lost someone in my family. So Couldn't really go also I missed the highlights on the Football League Show, without a doubt the blades are having a bit of a poor season normally there in the mix of the play offs this time sitting outside & had some poor performance. Well when look at this fixture you fell like a win, & they delievered 3 points. Were Going Up!!! Home) Swansea City 2-1 Well it's the best cup in the world it's of course the Fa Cup. Though a bit of stinker Swansea at least were at home. Well I missed this one as different fancy paying for a team I've already seen at the walkers, Well 2-1 great a cup run making up for the league cup. Okay a top four club at home please! Home) Ipswich Town 1-1 Watch out Roy Keane's coming don't upset or he'll get very cross. Thats why they let Ipswich score first & early, well sunday not a fan. Everyone prefers a good saturday evening fixture, but no Sunday. Well I missed the first goal becasue Filbert had a snow ball in his hand nearly everybody in the kop end was watching Filbert, the next a big raw from the corner of the stadium. Well a really rubbish game neither side looked bothered though Howard kept us warm by scoring in the 38th. Going in half time 1-1 what crap game no shots, no skill ,poor. What a waste for a sunday, second still not better. a point, well Ipswich have had poor season on the verge of playing League One football though recently had some good wins so maybe it was good result, but terrible game. Away) Swansea City 0-1 Well I first trip to wales for this season, don't take any sheep with you. Well I didn't go to this game or watch it on the football league show. Though according to the match report it was poor game niether side looked better. So it looked a bore draw. Though Swansea scored near the end, well Swansea wanted there revenge & they got it. Away) Cardiff City 2-4 Well I told you not take any sheep with you, another trip to wales, but this time for the forth round of the fa cup. Well Cardiff have had good season 4th in the league, though there owing the bank some money. I didn't attend this match as I was at Villa Park. I heard the foxes were leading 2-1 at half time, great step towards the five round. Though heard on the train back that we lost 2-4. Well it sounds like we dropped off second half letting three goals go through Chris Weale. Well out of the fa cup short & sweet like the league cup. Away) Barnsley 0-1 Well Barnsley just outside Sheffield, not a side that worries anybody. As usual there a side always fighting for survival in the championship. though not many people were intrested in this fixture in mind we should win that easlily but no lads throw it away. Bad result. Home) Newcastle United 0-0 Here comes the big headed gordies. Well Newcastle maybe top but what I've seen them don't look really table toping team. Well last three we've lost not a good time to play Newcastle. Though to be honest I fancied are chances against Newcastle. Well were playing the ref aswell, though 0-0 it was still a good game Leicester much looked the better side caused problems start from the whistle, I reckon this was fixture to Newcastle that stumped them they still looked rubbish & great performance from lads. We could have won this but who cares a really well hard draw. Away) Blackpool 2-1 Where are we now Mr Holloway, well we all knew that Blackpool away would be a tough fixture. One of the best sides in the championship. In the away stand felt more like a non league match, well N'Guessan gave us a great display scored a early. Blackpool looked at decent side though, not as good as Leicester. All can describe for Leicester way of play was fast. Running rings round Blackpool should have been 3-0 up half time. Second half Blackpool gave us a response but Dyer kicked the nice round ball into the back of the net. Blackpool got one back in the last few mins & really did press as were hanging on but the three points came our way.
