Cat Burger Posted 31 October 2009 Posted 31 October 2009 TV - in an East London pub being sneered at because of my lack of emotional awareness. My mates who watched (2 Chelsea, 1 Villa) thought we were shit hot. Weale - 10 (one extra point for getting straight back in goal after being mullered in a challenge) The Viking - 8 - surprising, I like him now. God nob Hobbs - 8 England's Wayne Brown - 10 Bruno Berner - 8 - Wall Moakley - 10 (motm) Everywhere, best I've seen him play King - 8 - subjectively, when is going unnoticed good and when is it bad? It was definitely good last night. Warlock Wellens - 7 - wasn't a weak link at all but outshone by others, can still unlock a defence even when he's not playing well. He has feet like a wizard's hands. Daniel N'Guessan 9 - Not perfect, had a fairly quiet first half but he was so effective when it mattered. Combining this with his shape in position and job as outlet he probably won the game for us. Surely he can at least do the ugly stuff every game if NP gets him putting 100% in every time. The Michael Owen of the Championship - 9 - Hold up play and touch were magnificent and his finishing (particularly for the second) drew applause from a dozen neutrals. Foghorn Waghorn - 8 - There's so much talent there and the end product will come. Unfortunately he is going to go on to bigger and better things. Can't remember the subs, things are hazy after the night out.
Guest Posted 31 October 2009 Posted 31 October 2009 From Loftus Road Weale - 8 - Another rock solid display from our best keeper in yonks. Keep it up. Weale for England! Neilson - 8 - Two good performance in a week, impressive Hobbs - 8 - Standard Hobbsy - plus a cracking 30 yard effort at goal, just when the bloke behind was screaming for someone to shoot Brown - 8 - Immense - he **** loved it at the end when he was the last player over to us Berner - 8 - As always, a class showing from one of the best left backs in this league IMO Oakley - 8.5 - Much better performance than of late, made some crucial interceptions at points Wellens - 9 - His passing is unbelievable, coupled with the fact that he does at least his fair share of defensive work too. MOM King - 8 - Hit a great run of form and long may it continue N'Guessan - 8 - Some may have accused him of being cumbersome and languid in the past, but none of it last night, the guy showed pace, some lovely skills and some great crosses too. he could easily have been on the scoresheet too with that header. Waghorn - 8.5 - He must be disappointed not to have had that early goal given but he never let it show and ran himself ragged for 90 mins Fryatt - 9 - I think he's proved he can cut it at this level eh doubters? Could have had even more too. Played Matty I bet Fabio was impressed Fans - 10 - Awesome as always that may seem generous to some but I care not, it was a quality performance and nobody deserves any less IMO
