Part Of The Crowd Posted 2 December 2009 Posted 2 December 2009 Right, I've been ill for the last couple of days and today I'm feeling dreadful, in just over an hour I'm going to have to go to some important lectures, I cannot afford to miss this. I don't suppose anyone out there has any tips or quick fixes that will stop me throwing up for a while so I can get through at least a large portion of the lecture. Sorry if it seems a bit weird of a thing to post but I'm quite desperate now.
samlcfc Posted 2 December 2009 Posted 2 December 2009 Burnt toast, plain rice and Ginger ale. I think those help settle a stomach.
Monk Posted 2 December 2009 Posted 2 December 2009 Get a mate to video it, or contact the lecturer and get him to provide a summary. Better doing that than making yourself more ill.
Part Of The Crowd Posted 2 December 2009 Author Posted 2 December 2009 Cheers for the help everyone, twas a pretty hellish day but I got through it, I'm now going to sleep until friday!
z-layrex Posted 3 December 2009 Posted 3 December 2009 Sorry mate but with the H1N1 and seasonal flu's storming through the country was stupid to go to a lecture with symptoms such as vomiting, it's not fair on the other people if you made them ill...

I believe it to be something I've picked up through something I ate, I think it was subway. I had to attend the lecture as it was.
