Up/Down Page Control - Laptops.

I'm not sure how to explain this hopefully you will understand, You know how you can control the scrolling of a page with your touchpad/mouse on a laptop? Is there anyway of turning the feature off?

It's doing my head it, i'm reading something it touch it to move my arrow over to the side to move down the page slightly and it shoots the page right down to the bottom.

What brand laptop, I know exactly what you mean.

Um, control panel touchpad settings? On a Dell it's in the bottom right near the time.

Start > Control Panel > Mouse Settings - you should be able to change it from there
