Although the Walkers Stadium boss presided over an upturn in form as well as an improvement in results towards the end of the campaign, the Scotsman was less than impressed with the 15th-place Championship finish. He said: "We had nobody to blame but ourselves for being in the position we were in in the league. We certainly won't be patting ourselves on the back. "We've already spoken about how a team of this class and quality shouldn't have been staving off the threat of relegation. That's not acceptable." Too True - Let's just hope that there is a big improvement in results for 2005/6.

You're saying it was underachieving. Well knock me down with a feather THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT I THOUGHT. But all the fickle boneheads on here say your squad is a pile of shit. I'm glad YOU'VE put them straight on this. So far, so good. All you've got to do now is to proceed with this logical syllogism to it's inevitable conclusion: It's your fault we were staving off relegation because the team is good.
