MissCeltFox Posted 29 March 2010 Posted 29 March 2010 25 quid Lenny has Q&A at Jintys in Glasgow about three times a week for free Granted he is pished right enough
ArnarGunnlaugsson Posted 30 March 2010 Posted 30 March 2010 No Savage I don't think Revolution Loughborough would have enough door staff to manage Robbie"All-time best player"Savage being there that night. Might go an ask why Lenny decided to head-butt Shearer's boot!?
Collymore Posted 30 March 2010 Posted 30 March 2010 Why Stringer? " Which microphone do you prefer - The DJ450 or the Fouldger330?"
White Chocolate Posted 8 April 2010 Posted 8 April 2010 Lenny might have the Celtic job on a permanent basis by then, so plenty of questions to ask him... Like will he be recruiting Walshy as his assistant manager? There's a competition on the Soar Magazine website to win 2 tickets to the Lennon Q&A too... http://www.soarmagazine.co.uk/competition/
Clive Redman Posted 9 April 2010 Posted 9 April 2010 He should defo bring in Walshy and Taggart for his backroom staff, with Savage as laundry woman! - Celtic should then get O'Neill in as director of football.

After yesterdays debacle Lenny wont get the job the players have cost him it Not that anyone blames Lenny for yesterday the fans would never turn on him no matter what
SoarMagazine Posted 11 April 2010 Author Posted 11 April 2010 Good point. He may well make a good manager given time, but the players may have cost him that opportunity. What a shame, as it would be great to see another of the players from the O'Neill era succeeding as a manager. Still, he has a game against Rangers in early May to attempt to make amends.

I think he will make a good manager and i think he would make a good Celtic manager as he has the clubs interests at heart. He gained a lot more respect yesterday from the fans the way he spoke about the shocking players that we have he was speaking as fan he was as hurt as we were. Hopefully if we beat Rangers who to be honest are one of the worst Rangers sides i have ever seen then maybe he will still be in the running

I think they should give Lennon a go, but with a Director of football above him to deal with the day to day running, then Lennon can focus on the motivational aspects - mainly the derby games.
Clive Redman Posted 6 May 2010 Posted 6 May 2010 More info on the Neil Lennon and Steve Walsh Q&A Night... http://www.soarmagazine.co.uk/2010/04/01/city-legend-lenny-is-coming-home/ Looks like the competition has ended, but tickets are still available. Lenny's given himself a great chance of getting the Celtic job. He probably won't get much money to spend but I can see him making a success of it.
SoarMagazine Posted 19 May 2010 Author Posted 19 May 2010 Tickets still available for this event - Lennon, Walsh and Stringer all confirmed and food & drink for £25. Group discounts available too. It's on Sat May 29th at 6.30pm at Revolution Loughborough. E-mail [email protected] for more info. Cheers, Soar Magazine
ArnarGunnlaugsson Posted 19 May 2010 Posted 19 May 2010 Looks like he's going to sign Sol Campbell. Surely he must be lined up for the permanent job at Celtic if he's linked to players like this? Daily Mail They're after Bullard and Steven Reid too. Wonder if he'll know about the job at this event?
White Chocolate Posted 21 May 2010 Posted 21 May 2010 Comments from Walshy on Neil Lennon taken from this week's blog... "I really feel that Lenny will make an excellent manager and apart from that one lapse against Ross County, he’s made a pretty good start at Celtic in difficult circumstances. I’ve messaged him from the poolside this week and he’s yet to find out whether the job is his, but he couldn’t have had a better endorsement. Martin O’Neill is said to have recently contacted the Celtic directors to advise them that Lenny is their man. I have to agree. "He is an intelligent guy, a deep thinker and someone who could read the game as well as I’ve seen. When Lenny left Leicester City, the side really suffered and were never the same again. I’m sure he’ll take that influence in to the Celtic dressing room and give Rangers a real run for their money next season."
