And we could just laugh at all the year 10s and 11s thinking they were funny and hard. I enjoyed my 6 form days as everyone knew each other and had a good laugh.

Being young and care free is the best thing in the world, sadly old people send you to school to spoil all your fun! I hated it due to the generaly high level of dickheads without any individuality and that you were stuck with these people whether you liked it or not.

Think no responsibilities and you could have agreat laugh. I love it now when you go down the pub with lads you went school with and just piss yourself about the things you got upto

I've been in fights a fair bit but thats because I've been taught to defend myself and I think people came to respect me a bit. I hate the academic side of school and the stress of exams and deadlines, but I love the community we have. I've got so many freinds at school and it will be sad tommorow when I say goodbye to a lot of them. I was lucky and got on with the teacher and played football with them at weekends, infact I get invited to all the leaving 'do's' and parties with the teachers from my high school. I'm staying on at 6 form but I will miss school and the mates I've made along the way.

Durnerz Posted 19 May 2005 Posted 19 May 2005 I used to get bullied a bit by a couple of twats, once I kicked the living shit out of one the rest respected me, result! However I truly sympathise with anyone who does suffer bullying, it is wrong and we've seen the extents people go to when they do suffer it (Suicide etc) I think with people being so image conscious now its made the problem 10 times worse. School for me was mixed, I had good times and bad, loved P.E, english and languages, disliked Maths and Sciences. Also as I was a pretty decent footballer that won me a fair few mates.
