Pooley Posted 13 October 2010 Posted 13 October 2010 Couldn't find the appropriate thread so started a new one because I thought some of you foxiles might be interested in what I've found out about the problems some of us have been getting: "We are emailing regarding the loss of audio commentary during matches over the past two weeks. PERFORM would like to apologise for the commentary outages experienced during this time. Following a thorough investigation, we have identified the outage issue; caused by a 'globally known' software bug that exists within Flash Servers which affects all delivery of audio content. This issue is not specific to your club or PERFORM, with issues having been experienced by a variety of streaming services globally. Urgent steps have been undertaken in order to provide the commentary services that you expect and have been informed by our partners that a fix for this known issue is due for release on 7th October. We do understand that the recent commentary outages will have been frustrating for yourselves but please be assured, we are doing everything that we can to improve this service and provide consistency and value to the Player product offering and as a gesture of goodwill we are extending your subscription by one month to compensate for the issues your have experienced.
