North-LondonFox Posted 5 March 2011 Posted 5 March 2011 Alright folks I thought i'd share the fact that I've loved being active on the forum for the past few months. I am a bit pissed up, but I started posting last year when I was in the middle of having chemo for a totally unexpected dianosis of cancer. I've always been a city fan, despite never lived in our beautiful city (my whole family is from Leicester) and it is fantastic to share opinions with all of you. I really hope we go up this year and i'll be there tomorrow cheeing the boys on. I love City - may not be a great club in the eyes of a lot of people but I wouldn't swap my thirty odd years of being a fan for anything. 2-1 to the city tomorrow - I know we'll win.

Firstly like many will say i hope you are kicking that bastard cancer to the curb! Lets hope you are right on the scoreline and totally agree why would anyone support the boring teams like Chelsea, etc when we have the rollercoster of a ride that is Leicester City FC! you just never know what's gonna happen at this club and i love it! From nearly going outta buisness to now being owned by Thai's, who would have thought it?
00rawat Posted 5 March 2011 Posted 5 March 2011 Hope it all turned out well mate, such a horrible disease, I lost my uncle because of it Yeh I lost my grandad as well to cancer.
ajthefox Posted 5 March 2011 Posted 5 March 2011 Don't wish to turn this thread into something about cancer but hope you're done with it for good mate. Glad to hear someone be positive about City and the Forum too.
