I think it takes a different kind of football to get out of this division, and at times you just need to dig in and scrap for points. You can’t play a Premier League style of football all the time and perhaps a few more seasoned Championship pros added to the mix in the summer could be the answer. "I think the fans accept that the players have given every effort and commitment to the team this season. Everybody I’ve spoken to is very optimistic about our chances for next year. "It’s important that we keep some stability in terms of the management, coaching staff and players. It’s sure to be a busy summer in terms of arrivals and departures, but having Sven, Faz and their coaching staff in place for the whole summer will be a massive bonus." As long as they are of the right quality and temperament. I don't usually agree with walshy but I do over this
